What Do You Do When You're Sick?

Something that I didn't realize I would encounter during my training process is being sick. I recently caught a stomach bug and since then I haven't been able to train because I am constantly dehydrated. Does anyone have any personal experiences or recommendations on how to stay positive when you are forced to take a break from your training? What tips do you have to keep yourself prepared for your upcoming races when you can't train for them?

What to do About Boston

Tragedy struck the Boston marathon on Monday, April 15th when two bombs exploded, killing 3 people and injuring more than 100. Since then security at airports and other upcoming marathon races have been tightening up. How will this recent event affect your participation in your upcoming races?
